Note to parent or teacher: Here’s a 30- to 40-minute lesson plan on sharing God’s love with others. It highlights the following learning objectives: “Learn that the ‘fruit’ Christians should bear is other Christians, helping others find salvation and happiness in Jesus; be able to identify opportunities to share Jesus with others, and how to be ready to do so at any time.” (Christian Life and Faith: Witnessing and Missionary Training: Preaching the Gospel-2c,e)
Watch “A Day in the Life of St. Francis.”

Discuss how God works in different ways to draw people to Him according to what He sees each individual needs at that time. Some individuals may need a listening ear, others may need prayer, others may appreciate a kind word, etc. The key lies in looking to Jesus for His guidance concerning where each individual is at.
