Here is a lesson plan that can be covered in 30 to 45 minutes, relating to the lesson objectives: “Learn of the miracles that took place in the Bible,” and “Learn of some of the lives of the great men and women of the Bible.” (Christian Life and Faith: Spiritual Insight and Awareness: Miracles-1a; Christian Life and Faith: Witnessing and Missionary Training: Great Men and Women of God-1a)
Read “Faith-Filled Models from the New Testament: Elisha, the Prophet.”
Watch “Animated Bible Story of Elisha.”
Read “Miracles in the Bible: Increase of the Widow’s Oil.”
Read “Miracles in the Bible: Making an Iron Axe Float.”
Color “Coloring Page: Miracles in the Bible: Increase of the Widow’s Oil” or “Coloring Page: Miracles in the Bible: Making an Iron Axe Float.”
Listen to the audio, “The Miracles of Elisha.”
Read “Elisha’s Secret Army.”
Watch “Elisha chapter 10” or “Elisha the Prophet.”
Read “A Caring Servant.”
Talk about how God used a servant girl to bring about the miracle of Naaman’s healing, and that it most likely wouldn’t have happened if she hadn’t been faithful to talk about what God could do through Elisha. Point out how God wants us to be faithful to Him even in seemingly small things, and then He can do the big things that only He can do.
