Read “The Three-Legged Walk.”
Ask the children if they can think of a time when they were doing something with a friend or sibling that would have been more enjoyable if they had respected each other’s ideas and possibly taken turns making decisions.
Pray the first prayer in “Pray a Way: Agreeable or Quarrelsome?”
Read “Bringing Out the Champion.”
Pray the second prayer in “Pray a Way: Agreeable or Quarrelsome?”
Read “A Lovely Nest” and relate how learning to get along with each other makes for a happier atmosphere, whether at home or school.
Memorize one or more of the three scriptures found in this lesson plan:
Color one or both of the prayers.
