Based on Luke 18:15–17.

When some parents brought their children to Jesus for Him to bless them, the disciples tried to stop the parents because they thought it was wrong to allow children to disturb Jesus.

However, Jesus called the children to Him and told the disciples, “Let the little children come to Me. Don’t stop them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. You must understand that whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will never enter in.”

Then Jesus took the children in His arms, placed His hands on each of them, and blessed them.
