Be the Artist: Jesus Is Born
Wednesday, November 24, 2010

Read “Jesus Is Born”—the fantastic story of Jesus’ birth and the events that led up to that wonderful night. If you want to make your own color storybook or flannelgraph to retell this story yourself, as well as make your own Christmas cards, you’ll find those projects here, to fill up many happy hours.

Based on Matthew 1:18-25, 2:1–11 and Luke 1:26–38, 2:1–20

You can use these figures to make your own presentation of this story. Copy or trace these figures onto a paper to make different characters and a variety of scenes. You can photocopy these pages and enlarge them to make them easier to trace. Or color the figures and items and cut them out and paste them onto a paper to create your own story collage.

The options are endless for how you can “be the artist” and use these figures when drawing Christmas cards, pictures for your younger brothers or sisters, posters for friends, and so much more.
