Make a list of cashiers, clerks, receptionists, garbage collectors, and other service personnel whom you see frequently.

Jesus, You are the greatest example of one who serves others. Thank You for these ones who serve other people through the jobs they do. Help me to honor them by treating them with courtesy and to remember to smile and thank them for the work they do.
Prayer of gratitude:
Heavenly Father, thank You for ____ (service personnel’s name) and how they make this world a better place through what they do for the rest of us. Help each of us that they interact with to be an uplift and encouragement. May we do our part to make their job a bit easier! (If you like, you can add a personal line to your prayer.)
